When you hire us, we will learn and understand everything about you including your history, dependents, and how this case's decision would affect you and any children you may have. For example, if your partner has previously wanted nothing to do with your child, we will make this known. We will do everything we can to make sure your case is given the best possible chance and you achieve the very best you can in your circumstances.

Going to court:

Our solicitors will explain the whole process and how the day will happen, ensuring that you are confident in your case and know the likely outcomes and what happens next.

Fees:

Petition for Divorce (non-contested):

£850 + VAT + Court Fees

*does not include financial settlement.

Contested Divorce:

£2000 + VAT + Counsel Fees + Disbursement

Child Custody & Other Child-Related Cases:

Starting at £1500 + VAT + Disbursement

Financial Settlement*:​

As from £3000 + VAT + Disbursement​

Appointment (including Form E):

As from £3000 + VAT + Disbursement

Financial Dispute Resolution Hearing (FDR):

As from £3000 + VAT + Disbursement
